The park features a heated spa pool with ocean views, open daily from 10am to 10pm. Access the Coastal Walkway directly from the property. Four facility blocks provide toilets and showers with unlimited hot water. Two laundries have coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The Breakwater Lounge seats up to 40 people for events and conferences.

Located on New Plymouth's Coastal Walkway, 15km from the city center. Within walking distance of Kawaroa Park (0.5km), Wind Wand (1.5km), and Govett-Brewster Art Gallery (1.5km). Breakwater Bay restaurants and Chaddy's Charters boat tours are a 5-minute walk. The dump station has easy access for motorhomes and caravans.
